All purchases will be delivered after receive full payment or payment clearance via bank transfer, cheque or credit card payment.
Shipping fees are calculated according to the weight or volumetric weight whichever higher. The final shipping and handling cost will be calculated from Shopping Cart and shipping cost is final.
Delivery of purchases (in stock) will be made within 2-3 working days (exclude weekend/selected public holidays) from the time of successful order and payment. In the event where there are special requests (upon approval), delivery leadtime will be subject to availability. However, Bump & Baby will keep our honorable customers informed.
Please select the shipment method. We may amend your shipping selection and fees if the area located are not covered by the chosen method. All related cost will need to be settled before delivery.
To ensure the condition of your goods, we suggest that you check your parcel upon receive before signing. If you find the below condition:
Damage: Please reject the shipment and lodge a complaint with the courier service company and Bump & Baby.
Missing item or wrong items in shipment: Upon signing, you may list the items, quantity and other relevant information of missing items and lodge a complaint with the courier service company and Bump & Baby right after signing for the parcel.
Return of goods will not be accepted unless in cases where goods were damaged during transit. In such case, please refuse to accept the parcel and lodge a complaint (refer #5).
In the event of a returned product that was not damaged (after inspection by distributor), shipment fee to re-deliver the item will be borned solely by the customer.
Bump & Baby adhere to first come, first served basis in terms of product availability. If an item purchased is out of stock at the time of payment, Bump & Baby shall refund you either via store credit or cash after deducting discounts (if any).
Product modification is subject to availability and changeable if the parcel has not been picked up for shipment. Difference in price will have to be topped up prior to confirmation and shipping. Parcels that have been shipped out can no longer be modified.
